Payment, Terms and Shipping
PAYMENT AND SHIPPING:
1. Please register for a Paypal account (if you still don’t have one) so you can securely pay through Paypal.
2. Payments through Western Union or Wire Transfer are also accepted. Please allow funds to be credited before shipping.
3. Shipping fees shall be added to the Painting cost, unless otherwise stated. Shipment through UPS, DHL and FedEx are available to any point in the world covered by their courier service.

TERMS:
1. Orders are confirmed via email or posting on the website with the item of your choice.
2. When ordering, please include in the email the following:
Your complete name
Your complete address (for shipping)
Item (s) chosen
Shipping choice (UPS or FedEx)
Form of payment (Western Union or Wire Transfer)
3. Upon payment please email me the details:
If you choose Western Union:
Buyer’s name:
Buyer’s complete address:
Form of payment 1 (Western Union), please email me when you have transferred funds so I can call you for the reference control number. Thanks.

If you choose Wire Transfer:

Form of payment 2 (Wire Transfer), please email me the date of the transfer, the amount that you transfered, which bank and your account name.
4. Please send a copy via email or fax your deposit slip or wire transfer receipt as proof of payment. I shall notify you immediately via email as soon as the funds have been received or credited to the account
5. Items are shipped to you within 48 hours after wire transfer or funds are credited to the artist’s account.
6. Items can be insured at an additional cost added to the price and shipping.
7. If ever there is a mistake in the shipment of the item chosen (wrong item shipped, upon verification), please notify me by phone or email. You must return the item to me, undamaged and in good condition, within 7 days of your receipt of the item. I will take care of the replacement shipping cost when I send you the replacement item.
8. Be sure to include enough information with the item you are returning so that when I receive your item back, I will know who and where the item came from. A copy of the original receipt or simply the order number should be sufficient. Also, be sure to provide me with the tracking number for your return shipment. The tracking number allows you and me to track the return shipment, as well as providing proof of shipment.
9. We do not process refunds or cancellation of orders. So before you click the PayPal Pay or Buy Buttons, please make sure of your intention and desire to purchase. Thank you.
